Feed off of the energy of a group fitness class! From Pilates to BODYPUMP, the Williams YMCA has a class to interest everyone. Our instructors keep you moving with the latest exercise techniques and motivating music. Come alone or bring a few friends—you’ll be sweating before you know it!
The Group Exercise schedule changes regularly as new classes and times are added. Check back each month to keep updated!
Remember: Always take classes at your own pace, pay attention to proper body alignment and be aware of yourself. Don’t skip the warm up and cool down—they are both very important! Be ready to start on time and plan to stay for the whole class. We want you to enjoy our programs, and truly believe in individual’s contributions to class.
